"We all have regrets from our past that linger in our minds for long periods. Old memories that bring us pain and grief whenever they resurface, which we carry around like weights around our necks. Relationships past, which we never get over fully and still pop up into our dreams sometimes. Shadows of people we see out of the corner of our eyes. This song is about them... It is deeply personal and speaks about the heaviest demons we carry around with us, how we cope with them and strive to overcome them someday and heal. Only time will tell."
